【Is philosophy dead?】
What kind of philosophy do you imagine?
An image of the ancient Greeks? Or it may be the image of people who wrinkle their brows and list incomprehensible words.
Either way, you get a boring image. I wonder why?
Philosophy began with the question, "What is this world?"
Eventually, it will change to "Will humans be able to recognize this world?"
Furthermore, "Is there such a thing as absolute truth in this world?"
Then, the questions change to “What am I thinking about?” and “What are we (society)?”
In the end, the right to answer these philosophical questions was handed over to physics, chemistry, biology, psychology, sociology, etc., and mankind made great progress.

In this way, philosophy gives birth to many excellent children, and it seems as if it has withdrawn itself from the front lines.
Philosophy is dead. Is that so?
【The light of philosophy that smolders within you】
Recent entertainment such as movies, music, and comics is full of themes that anticipate science, such as "multiverse" and "parallel worlds." what does this mean?
Also, in ancient Greece, there were people who saw through that "time does not exist", and in primitive Buddhism, they discovered the concept of "emptiness". It is as if
What these facts mean is that 'human beings are creatures that are always oriented towards philosophy'.
Even without knowledge of difficult physical theories and mathematics, people always have the desire to understand "who I am and what kind of world I exist in" from birth to death.
Those who say otherwise think that their desires have simply been hidden behind the busyness of their lives.
Because when you were not busy as a child, you were a philosopher too.
【A new era of philosophy begins】
Many disciplines derived and specialized from philosophy are further derived and specialized in the fields they are in charge of, and are now divided into a huge number of disciplines.
It is not unrelated to the process by which unicellular organisms organize to become multicellular organisms, and furthermore, to build social groups.
For example, in the case of the human body, it is originally a single fertilized egg, but it differentiates to form tissues with specialized roles, and eventually becomes the human body.
At this time, the "brain", which is the part that bundles and controls many tissues, is necessary.
It is only when there is a "brain" that the internal organs, limbs, and other motor functions are organically connected, and the original functions of the human body are exhibited.
In the same way, isn't there an academic field that binds and controls many academic systems, and that each academic field is organically linked for the first time, and the original function of learning is demonstrated?
This may sound abrupt, but I define such an academic field as "new philosophy" in this blog.
New philosophy treats other disciplines as tools.
Just like the "brain" treats internal organs, sensory organs, and motor organs as tools.
Therefore, those who study new philosophy do not necessarily need to be specialists in each field.
No matter how complicated a problem is, it is simple when broken down.
There are no eligibility requirements for New Philosophy.
All you need is the passion to understand the essence of things.
In this blog, I would like to unravel the big questions, "What is this world you live in?" and "Who are you?" from the perspective of new philosophy.
